Why my account has been suspended?

Hi, Community.

I am new to Upwork and I have verifid my account before 3days.

And also I have added my payment method on Upwork(Payoneer)

Yesterday, my account has been suspended suddenly.

How can I fix this issue?

Yesterday, I received msg from Upwork Team.

So I have sent my explain.
But still there is no reply.

I know Upwork is really busy every day, so I am still waiting for your solution.

I will do my best to keep the Upwork Policy.
