Why my connects are not being updated? (My billing cycle was May 22, 2019 — Jun 21, 2019).

Hi, there.
I am not receiving my monthly allotment of Connects on my billing cycle date.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Hi David,

 

Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked and it seems that your Billing Cycle will start on 22-June, UTC. Please allow 24-hours for the connects to be credited to your account. If the Connects does not get credited after 24-hours, please reach out to us, and we'll assist you further.
