Why my connects are not updating

Hi Upwork Team
Recently I have purchased $22  connect But Is not update. I get my account to deduct my purchase connects. So may I know why we are facing this issue. I get first time this issue. Why my connects are not updating? When it will update? It needs to be update today ! need help please

Hi Manoj,

Purchased Connects won't renew. That can only happen when you subscribe for the Freelancer Plus membership and you're currently on the Basic membership. However, once your new Billing Cycle starts which should be on the 2nd or 3rd of October, you'll receive 10 monthly free Connects. You can check this article for more information.
