Why my financial account suspended?

Can you please tell me the reason, if you are able to open then please send me screenshot.Its really very strange that from last 2 days i am asking the`reason for suspension of my account but still didn't get to know the reason.Its my Agency account and not able to withdraw the payment.Please look into the issue instead of sending me the link which is not working.Resolve the issue ASAP

You can call to Upwork office also

That means that you can't apply to any job, also can't make cash the money on your profile, you  must connect to Upwrok via email, they will require you to give them bank check and example of passport , also sertificate, if everything will be okay they will unsuspend you.
