Why my portfolio items under review?

Hi Upwork Team,

I have completed two projects, and my client provides me with good reviews; however, I upload a portfolio item it is under review.

And my client hasn't yet received any Email to approved my portfolio.

Please solve my problem.

Hi Muhammad,

 

I would suggest your client to check their junk and spam folders as well for any emails from our end. However, I would also like to clarify that if no actions are taken, after 3 days your portfolio item will be published on your profile. Thank you.

I checked and we can see that both requests were successfully sent to your client. If they haven't received these emails, they can get in touch with us directly so we may assist. Nonetheless, the portfolio items you were referring to have been already approved and are currently displaying on your profile.
