Why my project is not being approved?

I am trying to upload image on my project but it always says your image format is not correct. I have read the guidelines of image but my image is not being uploaded. Can Anyone help me out!

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists? If so, please send a screenshot of the error so we could check.
