Why not keep Elance? At least for awhile longer?

"Why not keep Elance? At least for awhile longer?" you ask?

Because, "Job Success scores help top performing freelancers win more contracts" and Elance doesn't have Job Success, does it? Or even if it does, the score wouldn't be based mainly on private feedback, and it's widely assumed that private feedback, aka net promoter score, is the best metric for predicting company growth.

Don't confine yourself to platforms. I've been trying to diversify over the last couple of months, because I'm never going to make the mistake of relying on a single platform again, and there are quite a few ways to pick up work.

Great advice! And I know I shouldn't have done that (I actually did do a couple jobs on Elance a couple years ago when I had planned to branch out a bit from oDesk). Currently, I am in the process of looking for other streams of income to expand my business. Suppose I just need to get out of my comfort zone though! LOL!
