Why not to match it when applying to jobs qualified with Rising Talent badge?

I became a freelancer in this website before about 2 months, and have got JSS 89% before some days.

And then when I apply to jobs qualified with Rising Talent, my profle isn't matched to it.

Any solution?

That's because you don't have "Rising Talent" status because you have a JSS, and you don't qualify for the 90%+ because your JSS is below 90%.

You can apply anyway, if you feel strongly that you are the best candidate for the job, even if you don't meet one of the preferences.
