Why should I do for fixed price ongoing project that unable set milestones?

Hello, could any one tell me i submit a proposal for the job with 3 to 6 months duration. The job is fixed price and on going project, but I cannot set milestones during the time i submit proposal.

Moreover, the job description stated that every month I will earn fixed price $100,but i dont know how can i earn such price each month? Now i just in interview Section, what should i communicate with client? And how are the work contract for the such fixed price on going project?

To be able to start working, you must first have an active contract. If your client has decided to hire you, they will need to send you an offer. Once you accept that offer, it will become an active contract. You might want to share this with your client for more information on how they can create and fund a milestone.
