Why so long to get paid

I changed my payment method to direct to bank. Why after 4 days is there no sign of my payment when before when it went by paypal it was instantaneous? Very bad customer service

Feel free to complain to the banking system.

When I used to withdraw to Bank of Scotland on Wednesday, it would usually be in my account on Saturday. On the few occasions it wasn't there on Saturday, it was on the following Tuesday.

When You Pay: *Funds withdrawn immediately.*

When You Get Paid: "Eh, it'll be there when we get around to it."
