I am shocked that 117 job postings have a 0% hire rate, yet he continues to post them. Waste of FL connects and resources.

I did not apply, but I am sharing that there is no rule prohibiting these.

When a seller makes errors, Upwork immediately terminates his account, wiping away all of his hard work.
