Why suppress reasons for declining offers?

Cleaning up my notifications list, I noticed Upwork no longer shows the reasons for having declined an offer. Why would it remove this useful information?

Hi Douglas, 

I checked your account, but I'm only seeing jobs that were closed and interviews that you declined. Did I get it correctly that you are referring to the "Decline reason" clients add when rejecting a proposal?

No. My reason for declining was previously shown on a declined invitation. It has been removed.
