Why the some jobs remains in progress?

I completed a job 2 months ago and get the payment successfully, but the job is still showing in the "Job in progress" tab. when this job will close please help me.

Being paid doesn't close the contract - it has to be closed by the client or by yourself.

If you think the job went well, it is best to ask the client to close it. That way they will have to leave feedback.

I ask the client but he is not giving me to respond.

Hi Sara,

Once a job is completed both you and your client can close it at any moment. Once the contract is closed both parties will be able to provide feedback for each other as well. To learn more about how to close a contract, check out this Help Article. Thank you.
