Why there's refund in my transaction history? I didn't get any notifications for any refund requests. But as soon as I ended a contract due to project completion, I got notification "You sent a refund". I mean, how come I send a refund without knowing or approving me?

Unfortunately, when the client fails to pay for hours logged by the freelancer, any hours that aren't covered by Upwork Hourly Protection may be reversed.
