Hello. I add payment method via paypal, emails are the same but i have error message "Your payment on 17-Jun-2020 could not be processed".

Looks like you can use PayPal to only send funds in your country but not receive them. For more information about this, I would recommend reaching out to PayPal customer support directly.
Feel free to add another payment method and withdraw your funds. Thank you.
