I just earned the Rising Talent Badge and 30 extra connects some hours ago and my billing cycle is going to reset by 7th of Sepetember (6 days time). I want to know if this new connects will be transfred to the next cycle or will it vanish since I am on the Free membership plan.

Generally, if you have Basic Membership, your connects will not roll over. That said, if you received your additional connects in the very end of your billing cycle without much time to use them, please contact customer support in the next billing cycle so they could review and determine if you are eligible for the roll over of those connects.
Thanks for your response. I contacted customer support as you requested. They said my connects are not going to roll over because of my current membership plan, so my only options are; exhaust the connects before my cycle ends or I upgrade my membership. I think I'll do the latter.
