I'm a freelancer, If I create a Client account on my current freelancer account, will it affect my freelancer account?

No, It won't affect your freelancer account. But, your freelancer account can be suspended if you try to hire yourself from your client account.

Feedback received on your freelancer and client profile are independent from each other. You will not be able to use funds from your freelancer profile to hire someone with your client one. Additionally, clients are charged a 3% fee on all payments, you may check this help article to learn more.

In the event you wish you close your client profile, you can keep your freelancer profile open. Lastly, yes, you can have a freelancer, client, and agency profile within the same account.

Depends on you business model.

Nobody should assume that they should form an agency. Most Upwork freelancers are not part of an agency.

Yes. As long as you have permission to use that credit card.

Clients are allowed to use credit cards that are NOT in their name.
