Sorry about the confusion with your location. I see that you have already added an invoice address. However, you may still need to fill your address in your User Settings> Contact Info > Location:

Let Clients know you live in Washington D.C.

I get lots of clients who are in same Time Zone.

Some clients dont like some freelancer on other side of the Galaxy.

Lose the  "I dropped out after realizing that I would not be learning any web development languages."

You went to school there, i dont need to know more. 

I graduated form the School od Visual Arts in NYC, great school, nobody cares.
