I withdrew $xxx amount of money on the 25th of May 2022, however when I received the money in my bank account it was $45 dollars short. I have submitted disputes 5 days ago and no one answered me in regards to these disputes.

I would like to know why the money was sent $45 short, I already spoke to my bank and they alerted me that their incoming wire fee is a mere $10 so to have the money $35 short after finding out that information is still concerning to me. 

Can someone please reach out to me on this issue, it's been almost a month now.
