Wire Transfer process

Hello, I have a question about withdrawing money by wire transfer.

I am trying to open a bank account and the bank is asking me details, they want to know if the money will go directly be trasnferred to their bank or it will be sent to another local bank before reaching their bank, they have restrictions about transferring money from the outside.

And from where the money will be coming from ? ( ex: USA,..)
