Wire transfer - SWIFT Code dilemma

I want to add a new method of payment using Wire Transfer, because the old one no longer works for me. The problem is my new bank provided me with two SWIFT codes: one is Beneficiary SWIFT, the other is Intermediary SWIFT.

Can someone please explain which one should I choose when I fill the bank information on Upwork? Thank you.

I understand your concern. We can't advise on which one to use and the best way to ensure proper routing of your funds is usually to contact your bank directly and confirm the SWIFT code you'll need to receive an incoming transfer.
