Wire transfer withdrawal for Russian IE

Hi all, 

I'm a Russian individual enterpreneur using patent tax system.
I'm trying to understand how to get paid with wire transfer in Russia 
I've seen the current CoS provided by Upwork and it doesn't seem to match the Russian law. 
I also searched the community and couldn't find a solution for that issue.

I need two things to be mentioned in CoS:
1) My address
2) The exact service description. 

I saw the similar requests from the other freelancers. Will Upwork solve this issue?
