Withdraw Payment

Q:

I having trouble to make withdraw my money. I have tried 5 times Upwork took 5 times Withdrawal Fee but i could not able to make withdraw. If i colud not able to withdraw why they took my Withdrawal Fee (0.99*5=5$) five times ?
