Withdraw business bank account

Hi I am looking to change the bank account for withdrawals to a UK business bank account. However, the business has been set up in my partner's name (she is the director/shareholder) but I am not. 

How can I change my bank account withdrawals to this UK business bank account? Many thanks.

To set up payment to your bank or payment account, you must be listed as an account holder or authorized signer on that account, or demonstrate that you are authorized by the business to do so. Feel free to check out this help article for more information.

Thank you. How do I demonstrate that I am authorized by the business as the authorized signer of the account? What does Upwork need from the director?

I assume I just initiate a withdrawal to Dynham Limited then wait for Upwork to rectify?
