Withdraw my old proposals

I have withdaw my old 1-2 months active proposals because of not responding..
Have questions regarding withdraw old proposals below,
Is withdraw proposals are effect my profile?
Can Cleints see how many proposals have sent by me?
Is it trick to get hire more frequent when submitted proposals are less?

Anyone can advice much appreciated

Actually I was attended some webinars regarding proposals.. So there were someone clearifying about old 1-2 months submitted proposals that, If you had submitted proposals Inline and clients were not interested or not responding that will be effect some how to your Profile or JSS, So i thought to choose some more 100% experience clilents on Upwork.. Anyways Thanks
