Withdrawal Method

Hi, my full name is Bernard Owuor Otieno. I tried to add 'Mpesa' as a mode of withdrawal but the system rejected it. I believe is because the name Bernard Owuor Otieno is registered in mpesa but in upwork, only two names are recognized, which are Bernard Owuor.

I tried changing the last name from Owuor to Otieno but my request got rejected. I need assistance on how I can add mpesa as a mode of payment and/or add my full names on upwork.
