Withdrawal Not Received

Hi,

 

My withdrawal was processed on Dec 30 and it's Jan 10 today. I have not received it yet. I don't know  to contact customer support.

 

My concern here is: I will my payment or not. I would love see the expert response from Upwork on this matter.

 

Also, as I can see on Upwork social community, a few people are also complaining about the same.

 

Please check and reply me.

I checked your withdrawal and can see that the transaction was successful on our end. As it has been 8-business days since you made your withdrawal, I will go ahead and request the Customer Support Team to issue a trace for you.

Hello Avery,

 

I effected withdrawal yesterday, Wednesday (Kenyan Time). However, 16 hours later, I have not received the payment. Please note that I use MPesa, which is quite flexible as the previous transaction took a total of 7 hours to reflect in my mobile wallet.

 

Kindly let me know what is going on.

Thanks for posting your concern in the Community. I checked and the transaction was successful on our end. If the withdrawal still hasn't reflected on your account after 24-hours (the standard processing time for MPesa transfers), please get in touch with us so that we can initiate a trace.

I confirm that it is now more than 24 hours and I have not received the money.

Hello Duncan,

 

What had happened to your payment according to Mpesa? I am asking you because I am experiencing this same problem. It has been over 40 hours since I made a withdrawal through Mpesa. My money usually shows up after an hour. I don't have my money yet. I am really worried.

I checked your transactions, and it looks like the withdrawal you made was reversed to your account. Please check your Transactions History page (Reports > Transactions) to see that the transaction was reversed and refunded to your account.

Please I'm facing the same problem. i have withdraw money from my upwork account on the 2nd June till today, i haven't receive payment has been processed message yet. I don't know when it will come. please help me out.

Please keep in mind that It can take between 2 to 5 business days for the funds to be loaded on your bank account. If you have not received the funds after 8 business days let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction. Thank you!
