“Withdrawal” Payment is not in my account

I am using the “Direct to Local Bank” payment method and I have successfully set up the auto-deposit in my bank account however, Upwork has returned my payment to my profile and I am not able to access the funds. It has been 3 weeks since the payment was sent to me but I cannot get it into my bank account.

Would love assistance on this ASAP
