Withdrawal Restriction

Hi

My account has been restrcited for withdrawal. It gives message 'Withdrawal is currently restricted on your account'.

I did not recevive any email or anything about restrcitions. My tax details are updated. 

The live chat support was used to be 24/7 but neither, live chat support is available.
