Withdrawal is restricted on my account.

Hello, 

I added new paypal account and it is verified successfully recently. I tried to withdraw funds to paypal, but it shows "Withdrawal is restricted on my account. Please contact support team." I am not sure what the problem is now. 

Can you please help me to contact support team to resolve issues?
