Withdrawal mails not received, balance now shows 0

I submitted a withdrawal request 36 hours back. Normally when I submit request, Upwork notifies me by mail, then again when they have processed my transfer.

I haven't got any mails, and my Upwork balance also shows 0 now. Support just refuses to answer. Can Valeria or Vladimir help please? Where is my money? Its a high amount. Please help.

I understand that you are worried. However, sometimes there are slight delays with withdrawals. You initiated the withdrawal over the weekend and we only process them during business days so that can be a reason for the delay. I suggest you give it a bit more time. If you don't receive your funds 8 days after the withdrawal, you will be able to initiate a trace.
