Greetings
I had a payment scheduled for transfer from upwork on May 13th. I received an email from them on the same day which stated that payment process has been initiated. After that I did not receive any confirmatory email from them regarding payment success. The amount has not been transferred yet
I requested another payment on May 20th and it was processed the same day and I received a confirmatory email today from upwork. I checked my bank account today and the amount has been received
I have not received the first payment yet. Can someone help?
