Hello,
I have an issue with payment. I requested to be paid direct to bank. Then I received an email saying the money would be transferred from 11th to 13th May. It was not received so I went to the bank on the 14th. They said they had not been aware of any future incoming transactions. So I was seeking help through the bot and it mentioned that Upwork can give a free investigation after 8 days. My Upwork reference ID is 300732806.
I do think that when I was filling in the details, I gave the address to the main bank, but filled in the branch codes for another bank that's near by. But do let me know what the issues are.

Thanks for waiting patiently. If your funds were sent to the incorrect bank account they will be reversed back. If they don't, we can issue a trace after 8 business days.
