Withdrawal not received on paypal

Hi,

It has been more than 24hrs since I withdraw my money from Upwork to Paypal but up to now I have not received it on paypal. Please help. I already emailed paypal and it seems they are not answering my concerns just sending generic emails. Upwork today also not responding to my emails.

I have been using paypal for more than 3yrs now and this is the first time I encountered like this.

Can anyonce check what happened to my money and where it is?
