Withdrawal not received

This is my first time posting in the community, I'm sorry if I am not using this right. two weeks ago, I requested for direct bank transfer that till now has not yet been credited to my account. Granted the account I used was new and that would have been the first time I used it, it is still odd this took too long. I have made two more withdrawals since then using other channels that seemed to work just fine. Please help.
