Withdrawal of funds

I did a withdraw because I had available cash on upwork. I did not receive the notification that my money has been processed by upwork. I only received the notification saying that my request has been received. It has been 30hours since I sent the withdraw request. Mpesa transfers reflect in minutes. What could be the problem?

Does it mean that upwork disbursed the money to Mpesa already?
