Withdrawal of proposal and refund of connects.

I read about I can withdrawal a proposal which I used.
(if the client didn't accept it at the moment.)
If I'll do it - should my 'connects'(which I used for a proposal) return back to me?
If yes - is it a good practice or not?

Hi Mikhail,

We return Connects when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. Withdrawal of your proposal for a job posting will not refund the Connects you’ve used. You can find more information here.

Thank you!

It's like going to an auction and taking part in the bidding, and in the end everyone has to pay what he bid but just the highest bidder gets the job. The auctioneer will of course get much more money than if he took only the highest bidder's cash. That's not how auctions usually work, but here, it's normal. Lets me think about whether or not to bid at all on this platform, or to go to another one.
