I'm always Withdrawal payment with Direct to US Bank (ACH) without a problem.

But

This time I didn't receive 2 payment should have arrived at 6/10, but I didn't receive anything at yet.

Hi Mahmoud, 

Today, 10-October, is a U.S. Bank holiday and there can be a 1 day delay in their bank transfer processing as a result of this bank holiday. If the transaction still hasn't reflected on your account after 8-business days, please reach out to us, or the Customer Support Team directly so that they can issue a trace for you.
