Withdrawal problem

I withdrawal succesfully in 10/04/21 but still didn’t recieve my payment from my bank account.
I reach out my bank but they said there is no receiving.

How can I fix this and when can I get my payment? There is no support email so what should I do?

Please keep in mind that It can take up to four business days to arrive at your bank. If you have not received the funds after 8 business days let us know, and our team will initiate a trace on your transaction. Thank you!

I am still waiting for complate the 8 days.. I have another payment that I need to get but I am scared of if same thing happen again Smiley Happy So I will be waiting for wednesday and then contact with moderator for track my payment.
