Withdrawals Local bank in Colombia is operated by agency called"Financial international payments" ??

They have contacted me from a Colombian agency called "Financial international payments in the city cali-valle" (which I do not know) to request data of my payments. Which I requested through upwork.com directly in my bank account in Colombia (in my bank called davivienda)

I do not understand how this payment agency knows about the withdrawals that I requested from you, if the method I chose is directly to my bank account

Hi Frank, payment processors in some countries may have additional validation they are required to complete before they are able to process a transaction. Please, check with your bank directly or with a local legal advisor.
