Withdrawing Archived Proposals

Hello, I have been trying to withdraw two archived proposal, do not seem to have a way to do so. These two proposals were from back in Sept of 2012. Please help me withdraw them as there had been no progress on that work and I am trying to be an exclusive to an agency at this time. Thank you!

Hi Ray,

You can withdraw your archived proposals as you would do with an active one.
Do you receive any error on your end when you try to withdraw them?

Hi. I don't see the withdraw proposal button on any page. What's up with that?

Hi Anna Frances Celin,

I checked your archived proposals and it looks like all of the jobs in the archived proposals has been closed or expired. Since the jobs have expired, or were closed already, the option to withdraw your proposal is not available.

Did you need to withdraw your proposals for any specific reason?

Yes, a client has been trying to send a proposal and was getting "This freelancer has an open offer, and can't be made exclusive to your agency at this time.

Invitation has not been sent."
Error

That is not a client, that is an agency, and they can still add you as a **NON-EXCLUSIVE** agency freelancer, which is much better and fairer for you as being an exclusive agency freelancer has ONLY disadvantages for the freelancer, no advantages at all.

Tell the agency to invite you as a non-exclusive agency member.

Hi Anna,

I see. The thing is, the agency would like it to be exclusive. Also, the image on the right is my first account. They sent the request there originally, I accepted it and when I logged in after a few days, the agency is gone.

I created a ew account (still under pending and the agency shows even after I've logged out/in.)

Does this result in the error as well?
I'd very much like to use my first account than the one I just created. Appreciate your help on this.

You're only allowed to have one account. You should really hash all of this out with Customer Service on the ticket referenced by Joanne above.
