Withdrawing via Payoneer problem

Hello, colleagues.

I can't withdraw my money using Payoneer withdraw method under my financial sub-account. There is a bug on Upwork, I can't add Payoneer method into my fincancial sub-account. The engine just redirecting me onto the main withdrawing page. I've been asked this question to the Support team (Request #25748820). I asked to add my Payoneer account into my sub-fincancial sub-account (with the main fincancial account everything's okay) or transfer my funds from fincancial sub-account to the main one. Now I can't pay a salary for my employes, but Upwork is absolutelly Okay with that  and still nothing happens.

I asked Support to fix an API access problem 1 month ago. They promised me to solve the issue within 2-3 weeks (Request #25627562). All the same.

I bet, such style of cooperation is able to destroy businesses of your partners. Just keep in the mind.

Hello Vladimir,
thanks for your response. I've received absolutely useless letter related my money from the support. They can't (why?) move my own funds from the sub-account into main financial account. And can't add manually my own Payoneer account into that financial sub-account like as in the main one. 2 wasted weeks.

And that guys drive me crazy with endless cycle of useless advices related API access activation. I wrote them 1 month ago and they told me, there are 2-3 weeks to wait. I have been waiting for 1 month, after that I created this topic. And today I've received such letter from Support:

"...I just received a response from our specialist and as per their advise your API key was disabled last year. For them to check please resubmit the request so they can review it for you. Once you have submitted a request we will reply by email within two weeks, either approving or rejecting your request...".

It's 3-th time, I'm doing that. Asking for getting API access back. Please, take a look onto my Support requests list. Are you agreed with your colleagues, who marked these tickets as solved?

I understand your frustration Igal and apologize for the delay. I have communicated yesterday with the teams managing your two requests and can assure you that we are working on fixing the issue which is preventing you from adding your Payoneer account. I'm in constant communication with our Engineering team and you will receive an update on your support ticket once we have an update.

 

Regarding your API request, I understand you submitted previous requests but can assure you that I've communicated with the team and they are taking the necessary steps in order to complete the process. I was also advised that a new request may need to be submitted. Please submit a new request and our team will make sure to expedite the process and share an update as soon as possible, well before the mentioned two-week time frame.
