It's been three days since I made the transaction to my bank account(Direct local Bank). But the amount has not been transferred yet. I would like to know the reason for delay.

Please provide the solution.

You withdrew on the 14th. Today is the 16th. That is 2 days, not 3.

It takes 2 to 5 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. It is 0 business days. The 14th was weekend and yesterday was weekend.
