Withdrawn issues

Hi,

 

So, as a payment method, I put sb's else account and in the meantime, Upwork had proceeded with the payment, cause I got the invoice number on Upwork but the payment didn't go through since it didn't match the beneficiary name (my name).

 

I updated it with my bank account, and now I don't know how to have the payment go to my account, cause there is no option and the balance it's $0

Hi Servet,

 

I checked and it looks like your previous withdrawal was successfully processed on our end. Please know that Direct to Local Bank transfers take between 2 to 5 business days. If it hasn't reflected on your account after 8-business days, please reach out to us so that we can issue a trace for you.
