Work Diary Issues

I have been using my workdiary to track my work progress. After I turn it off, every session is not being allocated to my work hours, therefore, my hours are coming up as zero. 

In the screenshot it says work was logged 19 minutes ago, yet my total hours are at zero.

How long have you worked on that job today? 
Did you trash can any images during that last 19 min session?

Hi,

Nope I just logged minutes 40 mn ago, however, nothing is showing up in my
work diary log.

It will record time between two images so you need to let it grab the screenshots while you are working. If it persists / won't take the images then you may want to uninstall the timer and reinstall it (at the bottom of this page is a "Desktop App' link in the footer) then if that doesn't fix it probably contact support.
