Work Diary Local time is not right?

Maybe this is just a misundestanding on my part.

Have a look at the screeenshot. This is not the exception, it's an ongoing problem.

UTC +07:00 is correct. I am in ICT time zone. I have set the work diary to use local time. This contract started at roughly 8:00 PM the night before,being Thursday, not 11:07 PM Friday. If my local time is being ignored then better that not be an option? Or again maybe I'm confused!
