Work Diary not updating with oDesk Team App running on OSX Mavericks

I am using the latest version of oDesk Team app 3.6.11 as a support Team member suggested. I was running on an older version when the problem first occurred. Does anyone experienced it as I do? What is the solution to this problem? oDesk help center is not able to help me with this.
