Hello! I tracked my time using the Upwork Time Tracking App, but the hours are missing from the Work Diary. Also, the hours on 5/14 and 5/15 don't appear to be tracked even though the tracker was working while I was working and took screen captures. So at present, the hours for the week of 5/10 are showing up as zero. Would you please let me know how to resolve this issue? Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble this caused. You can communicate with your client and discuss adding manual time for the hours you have worked so that you can be paid automatically for this project.
