Work Diary

Hi everyone!

I'm new to Upwork so I still need to learn.

I have been hired to teach online, for 30 minute sessions.

During the first times I wrongly started the tracker one minute before starting my session and stopped it a few seconds or only one minute after my session (in order to greet my student).

After seeing that my tracker showed 20 minutes more every time and by reading about how the tracker works, I apologized to my client and asked him not to pay for those minutes. He replied that he would pay me in any event, as I needed to learn.

After two weeks, today I made the same mistake. Now my counter shows 10 minutes more than the scheduled time.

If I delete one screenshot from my Work Diary, it means that I'm going to delete even the 10 minutes in eccess from my counter? I think no. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Thanks in advance.

If you delete one screen shot that will take ten minutes off your time clocked.

First of all thanks for your reply.

At the moment I can't lauch the tracker.

I read ''There was a problem loading Upwork. Please check your internet connection and restart the app.''

I don't have any connection problem. I'm writing to you. What can I do?

Hi Silvana,

Please, try restarting your Team App again and logging into it. Also, check out this help article for more information about how to delete time that you don't want to bill to your client.

Upwork

I tried to restart it several times but I got no result. It started over working properly after I unistalled and installed it.

Anyway thanks for your comment.
