Hi Team,
One of our client put on hold/pause the contract because he only wanted to pay a certain hours of the agents work, my agent is trying to delete the screenshot on the work diary for her work yesterday so it will be more easier but she doesnt have the option to delete it and cant see the delete button on the top. Is there a possible that the reason why she cant delete it is because the contract was put on hold/pause?Please advise.

Could you please confirm if you`re trying to delete hours from last week? If yes, you won't be able to edit the work diary for last week and this is by design. If you have any additional questions, let me know. Thank you.
